20 Knights from Council 1990 fed an estimated 600 people in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the current St. James Church Building. This included:

14 heads of lettuce

450 bottles of water
3 1/2 containers of powdered of lemonade
10 20 lbs bags of ice
